VALA charter – ACI marina Pula Base is an ideal starting point for cruises amongst the beautiful destinations in the North Adriatic area:

  • Italy with Venice lagoon, old town Grado or Triest with Casteles of Miramare and Duino;
  • Croatian Istria with nice place slike Novigrad, Poreč, Rovinj (called little Venice), Lim Fjord, National park Brijuni, Pula with Cape Kamenjak

You can reach our base:

  • By car: on the highways from the directions Trieste, Ljubljana, Wienna
  • By plane: airport in Pula (The Pula airport is only 5 km from the city), Triest (Ronchi), Ljubljana, Zagreb
  • By ferry: from Venice – Italy

CHECK-IN/OUT PROCEDURE

Vala Charter

You are pleased to come in our charter office at your arrival date to do check-in procedure. The embarking should bed one from 5 p.m. Usually the check-in could bed one earlier as we have only few hours to appropriate prepare the boat for you, but we always do our best to give you the boat as soon as possible.

If you arrive in Pula earlier, we suggest you to visit some of the beautiful attractions of Pula (see the following information about this places).

At the check-in you will need to do the following:

  • Submit the obligatory original documents: charter contract, sailing licence, VHF licence, passport/identity card
  • Perform the payment for obligatory transit log (includes: cleaning, bed lines, 2 bottles of cooking gas, divers inspection, Wi-fi on board) and requested extras
  • Deposit the obligatory caution (with credit card – VISA, MASTERCARD or cash); it will be returned after the check-out procedure, after the diver will check the boat (only on Friday evening/or Saturday early morning)

At the check-out:

We would appreciate the disembarking will bed one as soon as possible (latest till 9.00 a.m.) in the morning on the leaving date. Thus we will have enough time to prepare the vessel for the next guest. Fuell has to be filled up.

Pier mooring number:

Boat's mooring will be show at check-in, when you will return to marina for check-out please call marina VHF on 17 channel and ask confirmation of the mooring, cause it can change in the midtime. Mooring in ACI marina Pula is included in charter price for entire period of the charter (berth costs in other marinas are not included in the boat price).

  • Transfer
    • If arriving by plane the easiest way is when you coming by taxi, or we can arrange your transfer to the marina.
    • For the transfer we use car or kombi (8 seats) or mini bus. (Price on request).
